For example, based on an assessed value of $85,000 with a loan amount of $60,000 for 10 years at a rate of 3.99%, the APR would be 4.027% with the $99 loan origination fee included. The approximate payment would be $607.22 per month. And likewise, based on an assessed value of $85,000 with a loan amount of $60,000 for 10 years at a rate of 3.69%, the APR would be 3.822% with the $369 loan origination fee included. The approximate payment would be $598.71 per month.
