Call Center Representative  

Location: Medical Park Loan Department

 

Qualifications:

Must possess personable and professional phone etiquette, as well as face-to-face member service. Must be able to present a professional and personable attitude to the membership and staff. Ability to prioritize multiple and sometimes conflicting tasks.  Must be dependable and have a good attendance record. Must be a TEAM PLAYER.  Must be a self-starter and possess a strong desire to learn. Must possess good communication skills (verbal and written). Must enjoy attending to the needs of all members. Problem solving and follow-up skills are required. Six months of loan processing experience preferred but not required. Must display enthusiasm, along with a positive attitude toward the Credit Union philosophy. Positive cross selling history needed.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Assist members by phone, and in lobby, obtain loans and all other Credit Union products and services. Assist with various duties such as Certificate and IRA processing. Process member draft copy requests in a timely manner. Working knowledge of all products and services offered by the Credit Union. Process share draft new orders and reorders in a timely manner. Perform specific and delegated duties as assigned by managers.  Complete individual job requirements, as well as take part in departmental goals and assignments. Must contribute to overall profitability of the Credit Union.

 

Member Service Representative

Multiple Locations

The purpose of the Member Service Representative (MSR - Loan Officer) is to provide members with efficient, accurate and friendly service. To promote Credit Union services and loan products to members. To perform duties assigned by the Branch Manager.

 

Individual must have a high school diploma or GED. Must demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills. Prior work experience in PC usage and sales required. Must promote a positive environment, team cohesiveness, initiative, independent thinking, and support of Branch Manager’s leadership style.

 

Individual must be able to efficiently and accurately conduct branch operations as directed by Branch Manager using appropriate techniques to perform duties in teller and member service areas as required. Assist members in obtaining loans and other Credit Union products and services.  Complete individual job requirements, individual sales goals, as well as take part in departmental assignments. Maintain accurate records of all requests.  Ensure meeting needs of members by cross-selling Credit Union services

 

Individual must have the ability to handle the stress of high volume peak periods. Individual must be capable of tactfully communicating with internal contacts such as: Branch Manager, Member Service Associates, Member Service Representative, and Support Departments. Individual must be capable of tactfully communicating with external contacts such as: existing and potential new members, outside agencies, and institutions. Individual must have the ability to communicate in English to meet member’s needs and accurately interpret data. Spanish speaking skills a plus.

 

Member Service Associate

Multiple Locations 

The purpose of the Member Service Associate (MSA - Teller) is to provide members with efficient, accurate and friendly service. To promote Credit Union services to members. To perform duties assigned by the MSA Supervisor/Branch Manager.

 

Applicant must have a high school diploma or GED. Previous cash handling experience, sales experience and experience in keyboarding/computer is required.

 

Individual must possess strong abstract reasoning and problem solving skills. Individual must be able to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.  Individual must possess strong math skills in order to effectively handle cash. Prefer individual to have working knowledge of operating the following equipment: personal computer, 10 key calculator, fax machine, copy machine, coin counter, and shredder.

 

Individual must have the ability to handle the stress of high volume peak periods. Individual must be capable of tactfully communicating with internal contacts such as: MSA Supervisor/Branch Manager, Member Service Associates, and Support System Departments. Individual must be capable of tactfully communicating with external contacts such as: existing and potential new members, outside agencies and institutions, and TeleChex.  Individual must have the ability to communicate in English to meet member’s needs and accurately interpret data. Spanish speaking skills a plus.  Individual must possess a degree of physical mobility to be able to carry a cash drawer to his/her work area or to handle night deposits.
