Reminder—Changes effective October 20th
Important Changes to Business Digital Banking
As a reminder, we're excited to share that beginning October 20, 2025, business members can view their business accounts alongside their personal accounts when logging into digital banking.
Once this enhancement goes live, your business accounts will automatically appear within your personal digital banking profile. Email notifications were sent to accountholders along with a mailed letter to the address on file.
Please note that business accounts are linked to the primary member’s Social Security Number. If anyone else has access to your login credentials, we strongly recommend updating your password to ensure that only you can view your business and personal accounts. For your security, MidWest America does not condone sharing digital banking credentials.
If you have a joint owner on your personal account, they will need to maintain their own digital banking login to continue accessing shared accounts. Joint owners who do not yet have a digital banking profile can easily enroll here.
